Board Activities

Archelle has served on the Board of Directors of three publicly traded companies and was Board Chair for a $1 billion health system. She has also served on the board of six non-profits and advises a portfolio of innovative early/mid-stage companies. Executive Coaching

With thirteen years of executive experience at UnitedHealth Group, Archelle is no stranger to the stress of achieving business imperatives. A critical success factor is having a “safe place” – a confidential, objective and experienced confidante – for idea-sharing, problem-solving and feedback.

For one CEO, the focus was to be a sounding board as s/he re-organized the leadership team. For another CEO, the conversations revolved around the pros and cons of selling the company and subsequently, how to protect key employees during the acquisition. There is no one-size fits all approach except that Archelle is available when the issue arises not when you have the next scheduled meeting.
